The hotel was excellent and staff service friendliness, willingness, politeness and efficiency were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is well located right on the sea front. My particular room was small but perfectly adequate for one person. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel and staff etc and will be staying there again.

We couldn’t fault anything about this stay. From the moment we stepped inside we felt very welcome, along with our doggo, and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed whilst celebrating my partners birthday weekend and when we called down to ask if we could put his cake in the fridge, they told us they would bring a mini-fridge to our room! This was a first and just signified how accommodating and helpful the team were during our stay.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff, nothing too much trouble and always welcoming and with genuine smiles. Must be a well trained and looked after team.

managed to store luggage for an early arrival and then return for slight;ly earlier room check-in Good breakfast- excellent range of options - all of high quality. Staff very professional and helpful. car parking was excellent...not sure where you'd park if it was full though!!!

The hotel is AMAZING 🤩, beautiful decorated, fabulous location, bedrooms are well appointed with everything you need and more. Feel so comfortable, wonderful night sleep with personal air conditioning temperatures. I couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. We used the carpark as well and was easy to use. £27 for 24hrs was great value for money, secure and easy to get to via the hotel. The pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and we used them late at night. The location is great for the beach which is opposite, walking into the town for shopping or the promenade.

The hotel is very grand and beautifully decorated. It's location is perfect. The rooms were very nice too and it was perfect for our special family occasion of my daughter's graduation. The staff were very helpful and kind when my mother-in-law had a fall and the First Aid lady did a great job.

Breakfast was amazing, temperature control in the rooms and the rooms and bed comfort themselves were amazing. Love the gym.

The location is good. A warm cookie on arrival. Room was spacious. Lovely building. Pool receptionist was welcoming.

A truly beautiful building! Every interaction we had with staff was professional, pleasant, and positive, from the greeting with Silvia on reception, Mark in the breakfast room, and the fantastic bar staff in the Metropole bar. It was the Brighton Marathon weekend, and the hotel was busy, but that didn't impact our stay. It was clean, the food and drinks were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back!
